Uh, beat me over the head with a shillelagh, not another Irish themed bar. No Matt, you are wrong. The Claddagh is not just an Irish theme gastro-pub its like Rain-forest Cafe of pubs, you could put it in Epcot. Don't expect anyone to be Irish, just expect at least one person as pissed as an Irishman.
You would hope that its not a franchise, but then, your hopes would be dashed.
